Another bad translation

I have been coming to Italy for over 40 years.. About 20 years ago, I began noticing how the Italians started using or misusing English when naming their businesses. Many of the signs are amusing and I promised myself that I would start photographing some of these signs.

This is a common example of someone translating incorectly.
In Italian its said "Prossima Apeptura" Translate word for word it becomes Next Opening" When it should say "Opening Soon".

Caught this on my way out of the country. The manager was French, the workers Italian and Russian.

Needs a 's

Maybe there was not room on the sign for the 's.

This store owner must not have had enough friends... the business was closed.
